We operate in various segments of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, including\u00a0Healthcare,\u00a0Food &amp; Beverage, and\u00a0Pharma. We are part of the Mpac Group, with production facilities in the\u00a0United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands, and sales and service offices in\u00a0Singapore and Thailand. From these locations, we serve our customers globally.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In this role, you support the Area Sales Manager by providing optimal technical solutions for various packaging issues. You work closely with different technical disciplines and occasionally travel to a customer or site.<\/p>\n<p>Your responsibility is to assess customer requirements, technical possibilities, and price-related boundaries. In this challenging role, you will be involved in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Translating customer wishes into clear layouts and accurate calculations, and processing these into complete proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Guiding and supporting Area Sales Managers during (international) customer visits as the technical expert.<\/li>\n<li>Successfully transferring the correct information to the project organization for sold projects.<\/li>\n<li>Translating customer feedback into organizational improvements and contributing to the continuous development of efficient processes.<\/li>\n<li>Converting technical specifications and requirements into (product) solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Staying up to date on the latest developments in your field and sharing this knowledge with colleagues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have a completed\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree (HBO)\u00a0in a technical field, such as Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering &amp; Management.<\/li>\n<li>You have at least\u00a03 years of experience\u00a0in a technical, commercial-technical, or technical project lead role, preferably in machine building.<\/li>\n<li>You have experience with\u00a0AutoCAD.<\/li>\n<li>You have excellent to good command of\u00a0Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
