Then this exciting opportunity might be a good match!<\/p>\n<p>For our site in Papendrecht, we are looking for a Safety Advisor with the specialism in environmental compliance to strengthen our HSE team.<br \/>\nAt our Papendrecht Campus we have three business lines, each of them have their own risks and challenges. As a compliance specialist, you have the task to advise your colleagues. It is your responsibility to review and analyze applicable law and regulations and to make sure that we meet the criteria now and in the future. The focus will be on water, air, soil, energy consumption and waste. You are able to find the right balance in solutions and you have a clear communication style, which helps us to be and stay compliant and also to reach our defines goals.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Job Responsibilities <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Policy formulation and organization<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>developing and formulating the company&#8217;s HSE policy in a team context<\/li>\n<li>implementing and securing the policy after approval<\/li>\n<li>following laws and regulations with regard to the work area and advising the organization<\/li>\n<li>translating laws and regulations into internal procedures and guidelines and implementing these procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Environmental<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>performing (having performed) emission measurements and reports in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>advising on other Environmental and Sustainability aspects<\/li>\n<li>coordinating and organizing actions in accordance with the HSE annual plan<\/li>\n<li>organizing, performing, recording and following up on audits with regard to operating conditions<\/li>\n<li>ensuring that all relevant information is registered and recorded in the data systems intended for this purpose<\/li>\n<li>acting as a contact person and source of information for the internal organization and third parties with regard to the field<\/li>\n<li>conducting incident investigations and analyzing and handling incidents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Reporting<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Periodically reporting to management regarding progress, prevention, incidents, project results, any deviations and causes<\/li>\n<li>Drawing up required (government) reports for external parties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u00a0To be successful you will bring<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HBO-Bachelor level.
