Flowserve is an Equal Opportunity Employer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Role Summary:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In this position you will be responsible for the management of large mechanical seals projects\/orders for original equipment and after-market. For large projects that include seal systems you will collaborate with the project manager systems to align with regards to the customer requirements and expectations.<\/p>\n<p>You will be responsible for the on-time performance and budget improvement for those projects. You will also be responsible for a couple of large accounts in original equipment. You will manage the complete mechanical seals backlog for those accounts from order entry until delivery.<\/p>\n<p>You will make use of your expertise to support resolving problems within the mechanical seals environment, especially when related to customers. As such you will be in charge of managing the customer complaints for original equipment and of the resolution of CAR\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>You will be involved in the following tasks:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage designated OE accounts from order entry until delivery, including regular and\/or<\/li>\n<li>pro-active calls and\/or meetings with the customers<\/li>\n<li>Create and follow a process for large mechanical seals projects including critical<\/li>\n<li>milestones specific to the seals environment<\/li>\n<li>Manage large identified mechanical seals projects for OE and AM.
