Quality Assurance Specialist

Key responsibilities

  • Provide support to designated units on the creation and improvement of management system processes and documentation.
  • Review compliance of company management system with applicable policies and standards.
  • Manage process nonconformity reports (NCR) and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Identify quality assurance related project requirements included in the contract and specifications and incorporate it in quality assurance related procedures and plans.
  • Prepare Project Quality Plan (PQP) in consultation with relevant project disciplines.
  • Prepare project Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) in consultation with relevant project disciplines.
  • Support in nonconformity corrective actions and root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Develop, maintain and improve quality assurance owned management system documentation.
  • Plan and execute internal audits as per audit schedule.
  • Analyse, evaluate and report quality related metrics and data.
  • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and raise awareness on quality assurance.
  • Identify quality related project risks, issues and improvement opportunities, propose adequate mitigation and improvement actions, and participate in related review meeting.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Higher vocational degree (bachelor’s degree).
  • Good command of English language at least B2 level, preferably C1.
  • Possibility to work in the Kinderdijk office for minimum of 3 days a week.
  • Knowledge of integrated management systems (ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO9001).
  • Knowledge of information systems (e.g. SharePoint, Mavim, PowerBI, IFS, Visio).
  • Knowledge of quality control methods and techniques.
  • Problem solving methods and techniques.
  • A learning mindset and attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, focused on connecting with line organization.
  • Knowledge of implementation and/or change management is a plus.

  • A gross monthly salary between €3152 and €4736 + 8% holiday allowance (based on a fulltime working week).
