Are you experienced in quality management systems and motivated by ensuring compliance in a dynamic production environment? Do you enjoy working with many stakeholders and diving into technical details? Then this role might be a great fit for you.
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will maintain and further develop our integrated management system for quality, environment, and occupational health and safety. You will challenge engineers and department managers to continuously improve their processes. A strong focus of this role is also ensuring compliance with key environmental regulations such as REACH and RoHS.
You will work closely with stakeholders such as Product Engineering and Purchasing, while safeguarding product safety standards like UL and LR type approvals. This calls for strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to engage effectively with process owners across our Den Bosch site.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve the integrated management system
  • Ensure compliance with (safety) standards and regulatory requirements
  • Following up on environmental compliance activities
  • Manage internal and external audits and ensure timely follow-up

Who are you

  • Knowledge of setting up and maintaining an integrated management system according ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 is a must.
  • Having certification as an ISO lead auditor is preferred.
  • Knowledge of or interest in environmental regulations such as Reach and RoHS.
  • Background in a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Strong communicator.
